Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your items, select the appropriate size using our size guide, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase or before your order has been processed or shipped, whichever comes first. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Leidi & Co. ship?
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days, depending on your destination.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 USD or more.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and reason for the return. Approval is required before sending the item back. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Use the size guide provided on each product page and measure your dog before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact us with your dog’s measurements, and we’ll be happy to recommend a size.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange an appropriate resolution.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?
Yes. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, and payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
