Your Connection Is Encrypted

You can verify this yourself. Look for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar and check that our web address begins with “https” rather than “http”. Encryption means the information you enter, including your name, address, and payment details, is scrambled while it travels, so it cannot be read by anyone intercepting it.
PCI DSS Compliant Payment Processing
Our checkout runs on Shopify, one of the most widely used and rigorously tested e-commerce platforms in the world. All payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant providers.
PCI DSS is the global security standard set by the major card networks for handling cardholder data. Level 1 is the highest tier of compliance.
We Do Not Store Your Card Details
Leidi & Co. never sees, handles, or stores your full payment card number, expiry date, or security code.
When you pay, your card details travel directly to the payment provider you selected through an encrypted connection. What we receive back is confirmation that the payment succeeded, the payment method used, and the last four digits of the card, which we keep purely so we can identify your order if you contact us about it.

Where an order is flagged, we may contact you to verify your identity or billing details before we dispatch it. Every flagged order is reviewed by a person before any decision is made.
Leidi & Co. reserves the right to cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraud. If an order cannot be verified, it is canceled and refunded in full to the original payment method. We would rather delay an order by a day than let a fraudulent charge go through on your card.
No Hidden Charges
The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. It includes the product cost, applicable sales tax, and any shipping charge, each itemized before you confirm.
We never add a charge after checkout, and we never apply a surcharge based on your chosen payment method.

- Be cautious of emails asking you to confirm payment details. We will never email you asking for your full card number, security code, or account password.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Leidi & Co., please forward it to us so we can investigate and warn other customers.
